Founded in 1964, Yan Bulk Industrial Co., Ltd. has a history of over 40 years. We are a highly-esteemed tool making and injection molding manufacturer for a broad range of products: copying machines, printers, computer peripherals and other electronic products. Our strong international customer base includes Japan (60%), US (15%), Europe (15%), and others (10%).
Our plant, Dong Guan Gain Plastic Product Company, is located in Guang Dong Province, less than an hour away from the Shenzhen Special Administrative Zone, China. Invested with over US $10 million, the facility has a floor space of 16,800 square meters (180,000 square ft.). Other than the currently employed 600 skilled professionals, we also regularly secure expertise from Japanese technical consultants to keep us posted with the most advanced technology in the industry.
Yan Bulk strives to provide customers unparalleled dedication during the various stages of their projects, offering a one-stop service of mold design, tooling, injection, sub-assembly.
Our mold shop is fitted with MATSUURA high speed CNC machine and 200 Ton Reversible Testing Molder that allows us to execute precise and large-scale molds. The production department is well equipped with high capacity injection machines imported from Japan and Germany. We also provide a fullscale of integrated processes, such as paint spraying, silk screening, pad printing, UV silk screening, hot stamping and assembly. To ensure accuracy and reliability of products, we have invested in LK-CMM Coordinate Measurement Machines and other precise measuring equipments.
